So I messed around a little bit. It is a checkerboard pattern grid of squares, 6 x 10.

Keep an eye out for eggs new and old that might give us the pattern we need to follow to unlock the next (presumed) phase.

Any clues maybe in the song to unlock the correct pattern? isnt there the line: 'the answer is in the shadows". maybe we can spell something out using grey and black?

I think it was mentioned that whatever the Money Ball egg reveals, is linked with what was needed to unlock the Nature Calls egg. Therefore, I don't think the answer for the Money Ball 1 lies in the song but rather previously found eggs.

Yay the code worked. Nice job guys. I haven't checked it out yet, but are you just faced with a small checkered board and nothing else? What happens if you fall off the board? Is there anywhere to fall to?

I agree, the answer will link with the nature calls egg -Lee (Katamari), originally said that it wouldn't lead to anything new by showing us this egg.

The grey and white board is floating above the Moneyball board, if you fall off in certain places you can hear the ball collecting coins.

After playing around I'm guessing the goal is to "draw" something rather than get from one side to the other using a specific path. I don't know why I say this, it's just a feeling.

And the only egg that I feel could be connected is the message sent to space, Steam Shock and the other 1. They are binary codes and the check board could be a representation of binary. Nothing to add past that.
