I don't know if I like all the giant jumps. I want technical tracks, not tracks like 90% of the videos show.

I'm sure the stuff they've been showing is to get the "noobs" interested. Beginner and easy, ya know. No doubt there'll be plenty of technical tracks for you to beast

Well, some of today's noobs are tomorrow's pros so I don't mind, the game should not be too hard or technical, it is hard enough as it is for the average player but for pros, Track Central will be the answer. Now that customs have their own rankings it makes things much more interesting. I personally will prefer 4 player Hardcore Trials over LIVE, it will reward consistency more than speed so you can't always go all out like in singleplayer speedrunning, it becomes a whole new ball game.

My point is, everyone will find his fix somewhere and I believe the franchise should embrace new players instead of alienating them, then those people might become ninja mapmakers before you know it

Big jumps don't have to be only for noobs. Players who prefer Motocross/FMX to trials style riding will like them, but that doesn't mean they can't have fun on a technical map either.

I made a track that was only jumps and hardly anyone could finish and said it was too hard. Technical and big jumps can definitely coexist.
