does it make you feel good, not paying council tax...

so the council has a bit less money, but they are still wasting the same amount and spending the same ammount, im not saying what they are spending it on is all good, but some of it is.

so you have made the situation worse for the council and everyone else they support (admittedly by a small amount, but if you get enough people to do this it starts to become significant). this is a fairly minor cost for yourself I assume, as it is for most people who work. I asusume you are going to continue to take advantage of all the benefits of being a part of this society, refuse collection and so on, I know it isnt paid for directly by council tax in most cases, but it is paying for it indirectly.

also I wasn't very comfortable with the comments about immigrants, not quite but almost EDL/BNP, you have no more right to live here than any immigrant, remember we are all immigrants, unless you belive we appeared in england when we were created by god, rather than we evolved somewhere in africa.

About the TV license, you may think the BBC is being paid for by other people and you dont like what they are doing, I assume as you are not paying for this you are boycotting all BBC channels and programs, obviosly, otherwise you would be a hypocrite.

Stop being so pleased with not paying your way. And i can't stop worrying about the immigrants comments, I thought you were better than that.

Yet again, COUNCIL TAX IS AN ILLEGAL STEALTH TAX, & the immigrant comment about the white lines on the pavement, I have heard it said by a council worker on several occasions, or something very close to it. Oh & the evolving in Africa story is a lie, did you know human remains were found in China years ago that pre-date anything found in Africa? Of course it was "debunked" at super-fast-speed because it blows the out-of-Africa story out of the water..........research it! And, yet again, I am not paying for a TVL for the main reason of, the BBC is in breach of their contract with the public, therefore the TVL is null & void.

I would of thought the links/vids I posted explained everything..........but clearly not!

This freeman movement is a load of crap. At best all it achieves is delaying the inevitable. It also requires alot of time and commitment. Spending all this time to try and side step the law just to try and save a few quid is a pointless exercise.

You see lots of videos where people use these freeman tactics to get out of court appearances and paying bills and in that instance they appear to work. What they dont show you however is the follow up video where the tactics didn't work and they ended up having to pay in the end.

I don't wish to sound rude my good man, but clearly you know nothing, there is a big difference between side-stepping the law, & KNOWING the law.........& if there is a video of whatever, please post it on here!

The BBC are in breach of their contract with the public, & that makes the TVL null & void. I know of plenty of people who do not have a TVL.

Oh, & for the record, I still do not have a TV license, & I do not intend on paying for one either, if they wish to take it to court.........see you there TVL people!

Mate getting away with not paying your TV Licence is easy I know this. If you ignore them long enough they will leave you alone. Also yes the TV detector van is a myth. For the record I do pay my TVL but know it can be easily boycotted.

Being able to do this does not in anyway mean you can automatically get away with everything else. I don't know why you ask me to post videos. Why don't you post some which show a member of public beating the courts by citing the Magna Carta and proving the judge and system to be corrupt. Posting videos of people saying "I'm not paying this because blah blah blah" doesn't prove anything.

Finally your comment about human remains etc is ridiculous. Evolution is a done deal - it happened and we have an African Ape as our great ancestor.

yet again, im not saying it isn't illegal (not that I think it is, if it is a contract, as stated on the website, then its not a tax at all, and you can opt out, if you can opt out, there is no issue). I don't care about the legality, im talking about the moral issues, do you think you are making things better for people or worse, the odds are you're making things better for yourself and worse for everyone else, do you feel good about that.


Humans did evolve in africa, do a little research yourself, there is more genetic diversity in some tribes in africa than there is in entire countries outside africa, the only explanation for this is that there was a bottleneck when expanding out of africa. Also you might want to look up the meaning of the word 'Debunked', if something was debunked then it was shown not, repeat not to be true.

And i didn't say you were wrong not to pay the BBC, however fatuous your reason was, I just said that i assume you are not watching anything on the BBC or made by the BBC, otherwise you would be being a hypocrite.

Finally, you made what was on the edge of being a racist comment, not quite but nearly. You now seem to have justified this by saying that an authority figure (council worker) had said it, this does not mean it was ok to say. I would like some clarification, are you saying people shouldn't be allowed to move to england to try and make a better life? and if they do should they have to follow our culture?

I have read lots of stuff you have posted on here, some interesting, some funny, some a bit silly. This is getting a little bit tin foil hat as already mentioned. I don't mind a debate about conspiracy theories 'm most definatley on the 'they don't exist' side of the arguement) however I'd like to know if there is a anti-immigrant bias, even if you are saying that we evolved in china, that would still make us all immigrants....

First of all, I don't have a 'Belief', I have an opinion, this means my opinion be changed by evidence to the contrary, beliefs do not have to rely on evidence.

And the point of debate is for 2 people with different opinions (not beliefs) to exchange view points and information to try and increase both parties understanding, not to try and 'convert' someone to agree with you completly.

If you are treating this as a belief then there isnt any point talking to you about it as no matter what proof i come up with you can just choose not to believe it.


And as you think you should do the same as the romans when in rome, does this mean you learn a foreign language as well as a native speaker every time you go abroad?
I'll answer for you, no you don't, this is just a convinient way of trying to justify a belief about immigrants that is totally unfounded, you don't own england, no-one does, the strongest societies are the ones that accept immigrants and work with their strengths to improve everyones standard of living. change is good, stability is stagnation.

You like the word "evidence", okay, there is evidence that the humans-are-out-of-Africa story is untrue, & the next one, immigrants, what exactly does immigration do for the UK?

When in Rome, do as the Romans do, did you know there are lots of slamic) Sharia Law courts in operation in this country? If a country decides what laws operate or don't operate on religion alone, that country is in very very big trouble, religious law should never run along-side the law of the land. Yugoslavia is the ultimate proof of (forced) multiculturalism, & we all know what happened there.......don't we? When I used to do a lot of work for the RBL, I used to travel all over the UK, & the vast majority of people I spoke to do not want immigration, & they all pretty much said the same thing........it causes division, which then causes problems!

People are different, it's the law of nature to want to be & identify with your own kind........now, I am not saying white people are better than black people, or Asian people are better than white people bla bla bla, but we all ARE different.........different species of human beings if you like! My point is, if you force all the different things together..........there will be trouble, you can't rewrite nature because some people (PC Brigade) think it's the correct way to think! Call it racist, fascist or whatever, I don't care, it's common sense........& the law of nature!
