Are there really people that have some of these fears? Some are so ridiculous, like fear of heat or fear of sourness.

I have Dextrophobia. I also have Trypophobia, which isn't listed there. It is the fear of unnatural holes in the skin. Despite my extreme tolerance for literally anything the Internet has to offer, I can't stand looking at someone that looks like a real-life SpongeBob.
