With regards to snow I am assuming you can create it.

If you look back at the last video where Cannibal mentions changing the colour of the water..... I guess that if you can make rain you can also change the colour of the rain water like you can with puddles etc to look white. The speed at which the rain/snow falls might be a different question.

I was thinking that you would maybe get a terrain brush or something (like Sim City) so you could just edit the terrain mesh.
From the look of it you could probably achieve the same thing by copy/pasting the hills but it seems more long winded.
One thing to remember is that file size of the level is still small. And with right usage and spotting startting point you can really create whatever you like with stamps.
Are the terrain mods stackable? Can we build from ground level to the game world ceiling?

Yes, you can add as many of them as you want on top of each other. And you can scale them. So you can create very deep pits and very high mountains if you like. The maximum height is half a kilometer (it's very high).

Can we add various depths of water to the ditches we make?

    As seen in the Gigatrack:

Yep. The in-game tracks have been made using the same editor.

This looks like the best sequel to any game ever, not like those thrown out crap by EA and COD games.

I hope fame and fortune doesn't make you guys lazy and not care, like EA!
