This is just my 2 cents, but here goes:

If you don't like an Off-Topic post, that conforms to the rules of the forum, the best course of action is to ignore it. When you reply you are effectively keeping it up on top, thus prolonging the visibility of the thread.

No posts = No bump to the top.

Off-Topic is here specifically to post things, within reason, that have nothing to do with RedLynx titles. I don't know why people get so angry about it. It's the whole purpose of Off-Topic.

You will never like 100% of the things that are posted but bashing people for posting in Off-Topic because they are posting random things is silly. With no replies, the thread quickly "dies".
