You do know those are real, right? Google IP Tracker. You know how easy it is to get someone's IP? All you have to do is get in a party or MP game with them.

Did you google it? There's loads of free ones.

They don't give you names, just the location of the IP address.

I would check it out but i highly doult proto will join any 1s partys let alone accepted any FR.

I remember see his name around the leaderboards very early on when Evo was released. Unless there's another Proto something out there. It could very well be someone who just started getting better.

If you could find his play time on the global list, that would help. If it's really high (like over 20 days) it's unlikely to be a multi account. But if it's low like Go Gouki, then it probably is a multi account.
