Not too sure on this one, it seems to have forgotten the whole "Resident Evil" idea.........human against zombie, give me the original Resident Evil on the PSX any day! I also think this game should be XBL downloadable (1200msp), because £39.99 takes the piss...

I havnt played Resident Evil since the first two on psx. This... just doesnt look like what I think RE should be. They have completely taken out the horror aspect of the series and turned it into a sci-fi action thing.

This is just a spin-off. The real Resident Evil games aren't completely devoid of horror, but they are getting more and more action-oriented.

This game should not even be called Resident Evil. They just want the game to get attention. It looks very meh to me.

Ever since the first RE movie the games have become more action-y. I loved RE1 & 4 but passed on 5. 6 may bring me back. This.... looks like poop. What I would like to see is a RE1-style game with the 3rd-person camera/controls

Nothing beats RE1 and heard 4 was good but didn't play it. The reason RE1 is the best and most horror like is (imo) the lack of ammo. It becomes a survive if you can affair which is infinitely more terrifying. This game looks like crap.

They remade it on gamecube and DS. Don't think they'll do a THIRD remake but, who knows...

One of the most interesting about playing resident evil is by having zombie enemies that makes that game more thrilling and challenging.
