Honestly I think anyone who joins thee forces are absolute morons.

I did 6 years in the British army, thanks for the compliment............& experience tells me, people who knock the armed forces had a crack at it themselves, but didn't have the backbone to pass basic training, or they are totally clueless!

Bassingbourn in Royston, Herts........I know it well, I did my basic training there, my block was right at the back by the 28 Royal Engineers.....Corona Platoon!

Was a propellor from the Memphis Belle at the entrance when you were there?
