I was talking about the Swedish Shining ,I know that Niklas Kvarforth (Vocalist, and main mind behind that band) is a complete moron ,but for some reason I quite enjoyed their last 3 albums.

The craziest thing about music is the diversity of listeners.
I checked out Overkill. Aww man I have to buy the Electric Age and Ironbound. They sound awesome.
I have been trying to decide if I like Gorod or not. They have a flow that is going, stops, then goes, and stops. That's how I think it goes anyways.
I just pick a bunch of random bands and listen.
I checked out Rise To Fall. They sound pretty cool too.
I bought SixxAM based on good reviews, and I previewed the album, but I just can't get through the ending of the album.
    Still listening to DragonForce.

    Re: Heavy Metal Lives, 2012!!!

I streamed the Elysian album from
    http://www.nocleansinging.com/2012/0...s-of-creation/
It grabbed me, and I had to buy it from iTunes.

I got OverKill Ironbound and Allegaeon from Amazon. Preordered Allegaeon Formsifter. I had listened to them previously on facebook, http://www.facebook.com/allegaeon, but was deciding whether to get their stuff. But, after nocleansinging discussing them in the same review as Elysian, and watching all the videos, I just got them.
    Check 'em out.

Fragments of Form and Function from Allegaeon is a great album. I've spun it about 5 times, and it pulls me in. I suck at reviewing, so I'll just say check it out.

Ironbound from OverKill is a great album. I've also spun this at 5 times as well. I am so glad OverKill was recommended. I'll pick up The Electric Age later when I get some free cash.

Wires of Creation from Elysian has spun about 9 times. It's a great album.

I've listened to Sangre Eterna, Swallow the Sun and Tracedawn. They are pretty good, but I haven't enjoyed them as much. I've played each album about 2-3 times.

    Ok peeps crank it up.
What's new that is great that you are listening to??

Hey man, glad you're enjoying Ironbound. Overkill has a huge back-catalog of great albums if you ever wanna dig deeper. Horrorscope and The Years of Decay are old ones but they're classics.

...Here something my brother recommended to me. Apparently this is the first release from Exumer in 25 years. I haven't listened to it yet, but its coming in the mail.

    MIND = BLOWN
I've gotta get me some of that Overkill stuff!
If you want, you should check out Dream Evil...i wouldn't call them thrash metal (probably closer to something like speed metal or power metal), but i think they're real good for a band no one seems to know.

Changing the title to 2013! /,,/

Pretty good song released by Six Feet Under...

Also, Secular Haze by Ghost! If you haven't heard of this band, check out their live performance. You will be shocked.
