Being overly-specific is a bad thing? And yes, there is a thing called tourism and also relocation.

Take some of the guys in Helsinki. They are in Finland and don't speak Finnish.

Could just say "French Speaking" or "Trials Fan in France". Needed to use both qualifiers.

@AJ and Jim - So you know if they also speak English?

EDIT: Are these guys members of the forum? I am having a bit of a time finding them..

i don't know if they are members (only saw Legend come to brag about being able to take any #1 spot if we asked him to do so and then he just desappeard).

i also think about kilar835 or something like that, but he only posted times on THD.NET as i recall (even in the april's fool tournament hosted by GameScrub last year, he won a medal so i assume somebody at RedLynx must have been in contact with him)
