    Misunderstanding of the forum

Since the announcement of Trials Evolution a lot of new people have signed up on the forums and that's fine. But what most people seem to misinterpretated is, that these are the "official" Redlynx forums! These forums are not some sort of internet wasteland where you can do whatever you want and whenever you want. Although we can discuss alot of things here on this forum, there are topics that just don't belong in the, I say it again: Official Redlynx Forums. Take for example the latest thread on the forum, it's about people who complain that there threads were locked or simply removed. Like many people before they started to argue and to call out on the devs/mods for doing a bad job and ignoring the freedom of speech or the forum rules. But what people seem to forget is that on these forums you're not supposed to talk about unofficial stuff, cause as mentioned before this is an "official" forum. In generall, what the mods or the devs do, what threads the delete, which ones they lock. It's totally up to them since they are the owners of this forum! Keep that in mind before you start ragin'!

The greens have said in Off Topic we can discuss non-Trials stuff. Because you, like Willyumz, definitely are proposing a double-standard when you say it has to be all Trials and then you allow or create other non-Trials threads.

    **Read again**
I'm not stating that you strictly have to post Trials stuff. What I'm trying to say with my post is, that the mods/devs decide wether something should be discussed on this forum or not.
That said, I can understand them deleting threads where people talk about Trials EVO! (Going to bed)

JJ is talking about threads dealing with spreading information about the pirated unfinished version of evo. He is also talking about posts that bash other people. Redlynx owns this website and does have the right to censor things they feel shouldnt be on their official site.

I know how to read. The first half sounded dictatorial to me, and since you've already snubbed me once, I felt a need to defend people's rights.

like me eh? i know what off-topic means starfire but if you cant see the difference between how everyone else uses off-topic and how youve abused it for the last year then you need help.

i havent been on here much recently so i missed all these deleted threads but i know if i read a thread with evo information posted from a leaked copy of the game i would be pissed off because i dont want to know the game until i have it, im sure others feel the same and im sure most people can see why redlynx employees/mods do not want such information on their forums.

We don't want aspects of the game ruined for people who aren't seeking out unofficial information.

Willyumz, I will never see anything wrong with the style of posting whatever one feels like, provided they are not insults or statements like "Everyone, ban XXX999." I was a bit out of hand in this thread, but I was still bitter at JJ. I think I can control myself better from now on.
