Re: Post Your Original Marathon times here!

I remember Lestropies time was in the low 13 minute range. Second place was Deadph1sh(Then Asleep Manuer) in the 14 minute area. I had over 16 minutes when I got it

While I do trust you jhitman, I just want to make absolutely sure.

When I select "Clear System Cache" I get a warning dialog that says:

"This will perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 Storage device. Do you want to continue?"

This phrasing is also fairly vague... I understand that you don't lose your in-game progress in Trials HD, but what about custom tracks and the medals/replays I have saved for them? What about other games I have on the same hard drive? Sorry, for being anal about this, I just want to make absolutely sure before I go for it.

All it does it delete updates/patches from your HDD. I clear my cache like twice a week. Have no fear, Mal. You'll be fine.

Thanks for the quick reply AJ! I think I'm gonna start trying to zero it right now.

In somewhat related news as it was my one other tournament-related goal, earlier today I 0-faulted The Midnight Club!

    0 faults | 7:14.829 | 43rd place

I also have a run recorded where I made it to just after the pipes in Inferno II with 0-faults incredibly fast - I almost felt like a speed-runner! Of course I overshot the landing after the pipes and fell down into that stupid little hole before the barrels. I have actually back-flipped out of there before without faulting, but on this epic run of course I faulted. My 0-fault run had far more mistakes and recoveries than this one, so I think I'll upload it as well. BTW I didn't even finish it, I just restarted after my frustrating fault... only a couple quick restarts on Diabolic after the epic fail before I had my 0-fault run though!

Ok..... so I disconnected from XBL, cleared the system cache, and started up Trials.

Now it's as if I only have the demo, When I go to tournaments they all just say "Unlock Full Game".

WTF? If I reconnect to XBL I will just be forced to update and get back the easier version of Ultimate Endurance right?

EDIT: Yes, I tried to reconnect to XBL even after starting THD while offline. It forces me to re-download the update - I can't access anything unless I agree.

You originally downloaded trials on another console and then just redownloaded the game instead of transfering data

Re: Post Your Original Marathon times here!

I originally downloaded Trials on a console which got the red ring of death a few months ago. I have a new console now, but Trials is still on the same hard drive it was always on. I just unplugged it from my dead console and connected it my new one. This way all I had to do was recover my gamer tag and everything was unlocked - I didn't have to re-download anything.

Does this mean there is no way for me to access the original Ultimate Endurance tournament??

EDIT: Another thought - I didn't buy Trials HD until the first DLC pack was already out. Could this have something to do with it?
