if it was me then this is what i'd do. (presuming the winner is not from your country),
if the winner is from u.k, then find a british website that sells ms points, if the winner is from australia, find an australian website, and so on.
most of the time, they will email you the ms points code, and you can pass it on to the winner. but be sure that its a trusted website so you don't get ripped off!
im not sure, but i think that points bought in europe work in all european countries.
Ok then.I'll get that sorted then once someone wins AND if they are from a different country.So I'll get the rules posted as quick as I can and get this started.
