Gamespot.com has Trials Evolution on their "On the Spot" show. The video's over an hour long. It shows some of the single player, a little bit on the editor, and some local MP being played.
Edit: Just found a youtube video of On the Spot. The Trials Evolution part is from 45:25-59:45.
