Mine is on Inferno II, I was in a run with 14 seconds improving, and then crashed in the last obstacle... EPIC FAIL

About 400 world record runs where I just bomb... Recently made it to Trials/Tribulations in the World Championship tournament with a time of 4:59.xxx, after the wheelie front flip, bouncing backwards off the red container my bike immediately exploded going down that metal ramp.
Wasn't really a fail, more of a physics fail, still pissed me off though. finished the tourney with 1 fault and a time of like 5:25.xxx.

My epic fail was fairly recent. Spent a good 6 hours or so on a track, finished it and instantly saved over it with the default track.EPIC FAIL

Dude, that really sucks. In a sense losing 6 hours of creative work can feel much worse than f*cking up on something skill-based. I mean sure, it's frustrating as hell to fault in a stupid spot really far into a great run on a tournament or difficult track, but at least you know that with enough patience and practice you can probably do it again. Trying to re-create something artistic, whether it's Trials-based or not, is far worse in my opinion, because you just know it will never be exactly the same...

It was a dark time when it happend malachyte. Luckily one person got the track before i accident erazed it and put it on youtube, its called sanctum. And hear is to my 2nd EPIC FAIL. I made a remake that was awful! Lol. Thats on youtube as sanctum suckage. (Rightly named)

I have done that several times, in tracks that ive been working for over 10 hours... EPIC FAIL
Midnight Club:
0 fault at the end of groundhog forever (i was hot like fire, as i don't play it very often) and my nerves took control of my shaky hands resulting in 2 faults at the very beginning of brown boxes. and i 98/100 times pass it without a problem. it was not the day Jinchuu had to enter the 0-faulters club
but i can hear the voice in my head telling me this day will come very soon.
