Yeah this bothered me to, it will be up to everyone to use it wisely.
noticed this right away too, no big deal but its a knock against the realism (in a game with a trials bike doing 200ft drops) i will be avoiding that if i design a map.
I'd like to know just how much curve can be applied.
What is the angle cut off, 90°, 180°, 360°!?!?!?!
And how sharp can the curve be?
While fully defying the aspects if physiics it could make for some interesting, humorous, jumps.
Time will tell.....
The devs have said that the game doesn't allow you to make too sharp curves.Originally Posted by esoner
We should be able to have an inclined turn where the bike actually tilts so it looks like it's following the incline.
dont change anything, the curves are weird but hey its only an optical illusion the, it doesnt affect the gameplay any. you'll get used to it fast. if u dont like it just dont use any curves in youre custom tracks. release the damn game already, thousands of people are playing it now anyway.all u fanboys n girls just need to shut up, it leaked deal with it. braaaaaaaaaapppp!!
Wait till you get a feel for playing it before saying its bad or not, I know everyone is going to have first look opinions but still I think its amazing! It'll be cool to have something that flicks over while playing think of the possibilities!
I hope "too sharp" doesn't mean you can't quickly turn a corner (As in how you could realisticly in real life), I had this amazing idea of a map where you turn into an alleyway to dodge a collapsing building D:Originally Posted by antng
Agreed, just hoping RedLynx track creators picked up on this and avoided placing too many big, mid-air turns in their tracks.Originally Posted by QcChopper
