It definitely doesn't seem done to me.

The video of the License D test for example, the load time is ridiculously long (compared to HD, which hopefully will get shorter), and when the level starts, the draw time for things is pretty choppy. I don't think RedLynx would release the game like that.

Agreed there BUT according to RL this is an earlier build so we don't really know if the current build is more polished.

1. No, it doesn't. 2. How would you know? You have not seen enough of it, and in any case the game is not finished until RedLynx themselves consider it to be.

why do we not have a release date?

Probably because they do not know it yet.

i think that now the game has been leaked/hacked, redlynx should at least give us a release date, in all fairness.

The good people over at RedLynx appear to have spoiled some users, you seem to forget that they are a game developer and do not owe you anything.

stupid hackers have got the game, probably completed the game already!, And the "true trials fans" have to wait around forever!! do you think this is fair??....... i dont!

It's hardly the developers' fault the game leaked. Like I said, they don't owe you anything. I wouldn't consider it "fair" of them to sell us an unfinished game either.

Do you honestly think RedLynx are just sitting there doing nothing with a finished game? It's on it's way, and if (although I highly doubt it) the game is finished then it's not their call to just release it whenever they feel like it.

I do feel frustrated at times as well, but people need to be sensible. The same facts have been stated over and over for the past six months and people still don't get it.

Edit: And oh, the Limbo track isn't a custom.

I thought i'd bring to everyone's attention that a pretty good custom map has appeared on my Youtube feed today for Trials Evolution.

I will not post it as it is deemed' Illegal forum behaviour but Discussing it is not.

The map is called 'Trials Of Limbo' and uses the 2d style many have done before...

All in all it looks like a map made on Trials HD so the creator can't be from here as I'd expect better .

Seriously, how many Skyrim inspired maps do you think we'll see on Track Central? Probably 100 by the end of 2012.
