I read it... And that was 2009 with the original trials. In no way shape or form would redlynx release Evo on torrent sites with the consequence of breaching some sort of contract with MS. Would NEVER happen.

I don't need to, I have been around since the early days of Trials 2 and this is no news to any long time hardcore fan. The situation is not the same at all here because the game is not even out and this is not a PC game, what you said just doesn't make sense business-wise, what you are suggesting is totally ridiculous, you don't think they know what they are doing do you?
