Do not swear or use foul, profane or offensive language, or attempt to bypass this by altering the spelling of your words or leaving a few letters out while leaving the basic meaning obvious. Obviously the moderators waver this rule. Everyone swears.

People DO still swear. Is it at a PG-13 level? Not always. You are correct about this, more work needs to be done in this area. I ask you all to watch what/how you post things. Please, let's keep it pretty clean.

NO PERSONAL ATTACKS
but rudeness, flaming and insults at people you hardly know is not considered friendly or fun. 17 people are on my foes list because, yeah, I do not consider it friendly or fun. Posting another user's personal information without their permission is also considered an attack and a bannable offense. Jarrett did that about my personal preferences regarding how I want to be treated.

So you don't want people to know how you want to be treated? I actually sent Jarr3tt a message about this before. You knew I sent him a message. I told you I sent him a message even though you spammed my inbox yelling at me because I didn't handle it in the time-frame you wanted. That's because I was asleep at 3am instead of watching my inbox. Glad to know that you don't really care and you are just trying to make people mad at me for doing what YOU asked me to do. I'll try to make sure I don't make that mistake again.

Do not make offensive comments that put down an individual due to their aspect of their personal lives. Moderators wavered this rule. I've been insulted for my number of posts, my writing, etc.

Yet you just made a whole thread about how I let everyone down. I am not paid to moderate. That makes it an aspect of my personal, not professional, life. You don't get hammered because of your book writing, you get hammered because you mention it in areas where it isn't in any way connected to the topic at hand. You are one of the first to talk trash, and the first to say what amounts to "I'm taking my ball and going home".

Don't talk crap about other people if you can't take it in return.

We welcome all members to join the discussion to talk about our games, and you are also free to discuss other topics of interest in the appropriate, Off-Topic forum. However if you are only here just to argue and cause drama and upset people, that may be considered trolling. The people who stalk me are trolls. They enter my thread and post delete thread or insult me. Moderators let them stalk me.

No one is stalking you, but the way that the board works is that when you click the "Active Topics" link, all of the topics with the latest posts are shown on your screen. If you are the only one on the board and post in 10 topics, then those 10 topics are at the top of the list when the next set of people come in.

It's a device that is used so that people can see what is being discussed most recently.

I agree with SOME of what you are saying. I have even told people that you have done nothing wrong, and that they should ignore what you write if they don't want to see it. Don't you see that YOU are just as guilty of trolling? Seriously...

I really feel that you are doing this for negative attention just so that you can paint yourself the victim when the obvious point of your thread is to incite other people's anger.

This is the 4th thread you have made in as many months trash-talking the moderators and/or admin. The fact that no one has BANNED you for it should be proof enough that there is no corruption. We appreciate feedback, it's the only thing that can really help us get better at what we do. Most people here don't have a problem with us. Actually, I think that you are the ONLY person here that claims a bias exists within the moderation of this site.

Find it funny, hey? Redlynx should have made me moderator, because the current moderators are corrupt: read my lips, they do not want to upset their 'friends.' I would have sent warnings to all of you trolls, deleted all of your messages in my threads, and banned a quarter of the people on my foes list.

That's exactly why you shouldn't be a mod. I think I do a good job taking heat off of people. I try to not lose my cool, play fair...
You would ban anyone who didn't see things your way. People who didn't fit your mold would be gone. I actually enjoy it when people don't see things my way. It allows me to try to see things from a different perspective and possibly expand how I view the world.

People troll my threads too, it's always going to happen when people are allowed to express their opinions (people here are not just allowed, but encouraged to share their opinions). There will never be 100% of any populace who agrees with you 100% of the time.

Deal with that and life is better, or continue to bash everyone who doesn't perceive you as some forward thinking prophet and watch a community turn against you.

I know that I'm foed now, and that the chances of this being read by you are slim, but if you do read it Starfire, there is truth to this statement. It's not an insult, it's not trolling, and it's not flaming you. It's just plain old advice, like many of us have attempted to give you in the past.

I think you may have mentioned about a week ago that you were trying to fly under the radar, or something of that sort. Well, posting a topic like this which points a finger and calls out the mods isn't really the best way to do that. Posting a new topic in the off-topic every day just because there isn't one already isn't the best way to do that either.

Your approach is backfiring a little, and from my point of view, I see a few reasons why:

- most people don't take you seriously anymore. Reputation and respect has to be earned. Every place you go, what will earn you that respect will be different. Around here, posting topics that call people out, or ones just because there are no new topics don't get you any respect. Most of us just find that annoying. Yes, we can foe you too, but the board still gets clogged up with those topics.

- calling out moderators does not help. Let the moderators do their job. If you don't like the way the forum is run, well I'm sorry, but that's too bad. This is not a democracy, nor should it be.

- maybe you're looking for something in the wrong place. I'm not telling you to find another forum, but the things that you seem to be looking for (flirting?), are probably best found on other forums. Most of us come here to chat primarily about Trials, and we like to have a few other side topics going from time to time. We are brought together by a common interest, but other than that, many of us are drastically different people. I have found other forums for my other interests, and regularly post on them as well.

- the "why is everyone always attacking me?" stance only works for so long. You might feel like you're Neville from I Am Legend right about now, but he is the bad guy, even though he's human, and he thinks he's normal.

As I said in my last post that you couldn't see - good luck, Starfire. And that's not sarcasm.

Maybe someone who isn't foed can quote this if they feel I'm trying to help

Wow, these arguments are STILL going on. How long has it been? ...I think I better put my computer time to better use until the issue is resolved.
