I wanna give my old Xbox to a friend and I wanna know, if is possible play offline Trials HD if u have the game on disc format? is possible?

I'm sure you can play trials offline but none of the times will count until they sign online.

All disc and downloaded games can be played offline. You just don't get any online features, of course.

Because you don't have the license on the console and/or linked to your gamertag.

You need the console licence to play DL'd games offline. So you can only play it on the console you DL'd it on. You can do a license transfer via xbox.com or the dashboard to fix that.
