    The Idyllic Age of Wood - New Obstacles?

    I think RookyJ mentioned this in daily thread, but not sure if the RedLynx devs keep up with that one, so figured I'd start a new topic.

    Will this new era have any new obstacles? I'm still having fun on these levels, but I guess I got myself all excited and was hoping to see some new obstacles in the first day or at least within the first few days.

    Hmmm... we're already 14 days into the new era and still no new obstacles, so it seems like we might not be getting any. Oh well.

    It's a tricky one. Thinking from Redlynx' perspective, they have little impetus for creating new obstacles. New obstacles means more development which means more cost, and without an identifiable revenue boost there is little justification for the cost. However, if they were to develop a number of new features across the game that boosts revenue and makes for a very marketable app update then there would be justification. Regardless, we can always hope.

    One feature I'd like to see that would boost revenue is the ability to use a diamond to save and share a reply. I have had tons of runs that, while they may not be a world record, I'd like to share with others.... and I'd be happy to buy a bunch of diamonds if I could do this.

    Hmm... I always assumed that the RedLynx devs had already created all of the obstacles, before the game was even released to the public. Do you think they are creating obstacles on the fly while we play earlier eras?

    I even assumed that they had all of the levels created already too.

    Any RedLynx devs care to comment on whether obstacles and levels are already created up until Day 1000?
