what comes first in my mind is that women are emotional and you have a daughter, why not combining this with vladis idea?

go to a website that frames pictures and let 1 or 2 pics (from which you know she loves them, maybe her favorites) get framed. some nice words included and before you give it to her you take her to her favorite restaurant

Mate,im sure that you could get her ANYTHING and she would love it..im 16 years in with my missus,and i STILL find it hard to get her stuff..i would say take her out for a nice meal,treat her to a nice bracelet or necklace with a cross on it,or a locket with a photo of you and your new born...
