The editor and the difficulty is what does it for me. But really, what's not to like about Trials?

Well most players that aren't good at video games will say they hate the difficulty and would prefer a game that holds their hand the whole time.

@ Kyoshi: True indeed, but I actually belive that people who bought Trials liked it until they reached the hard tracks. Then the difficulty scared them off.

Trials isn't really difficult, u just have to have the time to practise and try alot.
    I mean i am rank ~200.

I mean go play ninja gaiden or dark souls, those games are damn hard. Especially dark souls, there u need someone who holds ur hand.

And the the reviewers dismiss the difficulty as poor design.

Who wants a game you can beat first try? That's boring and completely unrewarding! I personally think the difficulty is PERFECT. It demands true skill attained through practice. And the editor is simply beautiful. It's currently my only creative outlet, and I don't hit too many walls

I feel like I'm too dumb to use the editor. I'm thinking I'll give the one in Evolution a better go.

You don't need to be smart to make a good track. All you need is an idea. Most of my tracks started as a small idea of one obstacle followed by lots of staring and testing to feel what I want to come next. The aesthetic comes after the majority of my tracks are built.

haha I wouldn't mind tryin' your tracks. I like playing tracks of people I'm close to cos I feel that, through the tracks, I better understand that person.

And you can see the smartness in my track called Second.
