First of all...I thought 1000 Heroz was supposed to be free? Did it cost money in addition to the in app purchase before? Second...I'm trying to give you my dollar and the keyboard to enter my billing password never pops up. I tried restarting the app, no luck.
1000 Heroz is free and you do not need to make an in-game purchase in order to have access to all content and functionality. The only thing you can buy are diamonds/replays which you also get for free at the start or by finding them during runs. The game previously cost $2 for iPad and $1 for other iOS devices and did not include diamonds/replpays and therefore any in-game purchasing.
I can't help with your purchasing issue but would assume purchasing goes to the iTunes store and therefore is an iTunes issue (which would most likely mean an issue with your specific device). Maybe.
Good call arse! I would try giving your Device a hard restart (hold home and sleep button till the Device shuts down... Then after the screen goes black release the sleep button and keep home down until the apple logo appears)
If that does not work you might need to do a fresh restore!
That's odd, because on my iPhone it has "full version unlock" as an in app purchase in the app store, and the game won't let me access the adventure mode without it. What do you call a game that won't let you access its campaign without paying a dollar? Not "free", come on. After hard restarting it didn't work, I happened to let it run out of battery, and after reviving it, the keyboard came up and I bought the game. I'll pay a dollar for this sonic meets sackboy fun, but they tricked me; I wouldn't have downloaded the trial had I known it was a trial.
You could argue that the one level a day thing is its main mode and not Adventure, but I disagree. Super Smash Bros Brawl could emphasize its multiplayer and one new stage a day thing, but if you had to pay extra for single player, it's not the full game.
I'm not finding a trial version of the game on the app store... Only the one I bought... Hrmmm
Sorry... I wasn't aware there were restrictions. If you are unable to play day 1-present without the unlock then yes, it's a kind of sleazy way to market the game. If this is the case then I agree with your point... but still reckon it will be one of the best dollars you spend.Originally Posted by Exhumed91
They probably had to walk a line of dealing with those annoyed that they couldn't play the tracks already passed by, and those that are PISSED because people are getting for free something that just 6 months ago they had to pay for. It's easy to be pissed and uninstall something you got for free anyways, while the developers definitely don't want to start refunding money to those that paid for it.Originally Posted by Exhumed91
