I agree that they could have moved things along a bit faster, but I'm enjoying this season even more than last. But, if it continues to drag along, they'd better make this season longer so we can actually get somewhere new.

The Walking Dead - Rise of the Governor.
After reading the comic (it's still going!) I am happy about some of the variations in the show. They go off on some strange tangent (CDC?!) and then go back to closely following the existing (comic's) story arch.
I am waiting for the one-handed man to make a reappear, that should be good fun.

I'm gonna make a wild assumption and say that the one-armed man (Earl? I don't remember lol) is with the girl. Probably horribly wrong, but, hey, that'll just make what REALLY happens even better, right? 
Also, I miss the deer

I love how shane I think it is, killed off that guy so that he could get away, anybody see what the cut on his head was from? it wasnt a bite that guy he killed pulled his hair

Comic Spoilers!
Yeah. Shane was killed off in the comic pretty early on by, wait for it, CARL! (Rick's 8 year old son) He went nuts cause he wanted Rick's wife and was gonna splatter Rick with a shotgun blast when BAM! Shot in the neck by a toddler.
Oh yeah. Carl carries a 6 shot revolver in the comic.

watched the whole series (currently out) And it's good! I can never really remember names of characters though, normally they would say "Hey you" not "Hey Shane". Makes for some good guesswork...

Seriously, the Rise of the Governor book is great, the comics are great, and the 1st season is great.
The second season... Not so much. You can tell that they were picked up for a second season with more episodes because NOTHING happens. They are splitting events into 2 or 3 episodes that could have easily been covered in 1 episode.
I'm not that impressed by the second season so far, but for those who watched the mid-season finale, you see how Rick is the ONE person who will step forward and do what HAS to be done. This is why he is the leader and not psycho-boy Shane.
