The webchat isn't free for Redlynx to run and they would like more people to use it every now and then, to make it more worthwhile. There are a fair amount of people in there semi-regularly nowadays, so if you've been in before and its empty, its not usually the case now.
There is also nearly always oXCuBXo, sparkierjonesz, Jarr3tt88, etc that can help with editor problems and also usually someone in there willing to talk about ranks/play multiplayer or whatever else as well...It would be better if more people had a look in there every now and then
