First I take screenshot, then I use SimpleResize to resize it to 50% and then Imgupr to upload it to Imgur directly from phone It may sound little bit slow but I think this is the fastest way to do this.

Are you using Tapatalk on your iPhone/iPad? It let´s you upload any pic directly from your device...
