    lucid dreams

Has anyone tried out the forum control whether the dream ? I know that this is possible and that this leads to important results . I am not interested in mysticism . I want to learn more about myself and my unconscious . What are the results you came and where it trained ? Thank you.

Yes I've tried it, I found it extremely difficult and didn't keep trying it for very long. I might try again some day though. Some of the techniques helped me remember my dreams alot easier though which was good.

Did you choose the dream travel over the bridge or take out the underside of the next panel then reverse the option of choice? I personally knew nothing about these matters so will randomise over nothing once more did you not? Thank you.

I have/had a book called Mind Games that covered lucid dreaming, astral projection, self hypnosis and some other stuff. I never got very far into it tbh

I think the key is to be between consciousness and unconsciousness. To realize that your dreaming when you are. I've had dreams that were so real that I woke up thinking that they had actually happened. I've only had a handful that I was aware I was dreaming and was able to change things. Thing is I never actually tried to have a lucid dream they just happened. Usually when my mind was filled with worries or ambitions. Some people say when they realize they're dreaming they wake up. If you do wake up your still close to the necessary requirements to have a lucid dream so go back to sleep. They definitely have a way of pointing out what otherwise would go unnoticed by your conscious thought.

You will want to learn meditation, rather than how to enter lucid dreams.
