    Question.

To those who have a recording device (particularly a capture card).

I recently tried to upload a few videos but after being processed they turned out green and pink in colour. Does anyone have any idea of what the problem might be? Ive tried switching the cables at the back to various combinations and that doesn't seem to be working. Help please?

Processed in movie maker? Are you referring to the compression?

    Re: Question.

Did you chop up the video in anyway? Sometimes if a video doesn't have a proper start point it will do that. I usually keep the game paused and record for 5 seconds before unpausing and recording the rest. Then when I edit it I can start the video at a point where there's not much going on in the frames. Since I started doing this I haven't had the green screen thing happen once. I'm guessing it's different with a capture card, but alot of times it has to do with editing and having to busy of a starting frame. Hope this helps if not try going to the faq section of the capture card website as I'm sure other people have had the same problem. It might also be a bug in windows movie maker if you use that. idk rendering maybe the problem too.

    Re: Question.

@picklezz No I dont edit my videos at all. Im referring to the youtube upload when it gets processed.

@cypher I try that and see what happens.

    Re: Question.

Sometimes i've seen youtube videos that look pink and green and boxy and distorted, but that's normally from bad connection.

So it may just be you seeing that but maybe not.
