Just added a Draw Race one to the original post.
My photoshop skills are pretty limited so it's no masterpiece but it looks good on the lock screen.

I don't even use Photoshop, I use a version of After Effects that's a few years old.

Just watch some tutorials on how to do things with Photoshop, then use those same steps to accomplish your own "vision".

Believe me, tutorials we needed just to make a stroke line with a gradient that followed it.
I just enjoy seeing what I can make and thought I'd share them with you guys.

Edit: who'd have thought that blending options can have such drastic effects!

So you can use it on stills too? I may have to acquire After Effects myself.

You can render out a single frame from your composition. I would recommend using PhotoShop, as it was designed for still image manipulation, but there certainly is a wealth of After Effects tutorials.

VideoCopilot.net comes to mind.
