Does anyone else feel like the line you draw changes once the race starts?
I've noticed it more on oval tracks but seen it on others too.
I'm sure I draw the line close to the inside of the corner but never across it too much and definitely not so much to catch the grass and lose speed, but during the race I can clearly see the line doing just that.

Yup. I notice it more on the road race style tracks. I see my line while I am drawing, and then the game shifts perspective a bit and my line is altered a little bit.

It's good to know it's not just me.
I ruined a load of World League runs due to this and that's why I posted it.
On the rally track today (powerplant?) I always gave the tight hairpins a good bit of room yet it kept clipping the inside and slowing me right down.
