1, amazing healthy crunchy cheese.
Slice some cheese (90% of cheese works well)
Place across a small plate, and microwave for 2 mins..
Take out with a towel.. cause it burns.
Pour excess fat down the sink.
Stir it round to a blob and micro for 30secs..
Re stir to a gooey blob and mico for another 30 secs
Remove and let it cool for 1 min..
Enjoy fat free crunchy cheese... its epic..
Go do it now, and never eat cheese the same way again.

Get a bowl of M&M's
Get a jar of peanut butter
Scoop a spoonfull of peanut butter
Dip the spoonfull of peanut butter into the M&M's
Eat in one big bite
