Congrats tho. It took me a good solid month after playin trials before gettin that achievement.

A month!?! Damn... I bought the game 10/14/2010 and got marathon two days later on 10/16/2010.. Check my timestamp on xbox.com if you want proof.

I thought I was a week in before I got marathon but I guess I was wrong...

I got the original in about 2 months. When they changed it to the easier one, got it first attempt... but I was well practiced at the game by then.

Didnt take me like til after 6 months before i could speedrun. Naturally i didnt have that aggressive approach because id play several games then get on trials to relax but now its the only thing ive been playin pretty much this past year. And im already gettin sick of it.

When it comes to an achievement, I tend to get as many as I can, as fast as i can. If I can't get something, I keep trying and trying until I finally get it. I have yet to give up on an achievement (as you can tell by my gamerscore). So when I knew what had to be done for the achievement, I just kept at it until I got it. My time was pretty bad, something around 11 minutes when I finally got it, it did however, take me about 24 hours of trying in the first 48 hours of owning the game to unlock it if that makes anyone feel better .

One of the few times I've screamed out loud in a video game... when I got this achievement!
