    Here's the original: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5fQZhv0poU

    The thing he's eating is a candy called "Skipper's Pipe", which were banned in Finland because they encourage smoking or something like that. So this video is just a really sarcastic act about how "dangerous" the candy are.

    At the beginning he says:

    Here in Finland there's a new threatening and disturbing drug. It's an old drug which people have been trying to ban for a while. There's even a law. It's not alcohol, it's not tobacco, it's not cannabis or heroin. This drug has been found so dangerous, that you can't even get it from cruises (where people usually bought them). This is a horrible poison. Look at it, look at it. Skipper's pipes. Forbidden fruit. Oh what a substance. Skipper's pipe. Skipper's pipe. Look what a poisonous... Ohhoh. A forbidden fruit like this. Hohhoh. Look, my friend will film me as I enjoy this horrible.. Look! These aromas, these aromas are messing up my head!! Look! *Begins to eat it, nomnomnom*

    Lakupiippu = Liquorice pipe

    They are delicious, they shouldn't have banned them.

    That is even more disturbing than before I knew what he said. The video was funny to me because it was foreign and out of context, but now it makes even less sense and I'm mildly creeped out. Good ol' internet, eh?
