Listed below is a series of hidden messages and interesting references found in tracknames, trackdescriptions or platinum messages. There is something to say about most of the tracks. Groundhog Begins / What a delightful morning! / What's got two legs and rides with pure perfection? You!
Groundhog Day is a 1993 American comedy film. The movietitle is based on a folklore tradition. If it is cloudy when a groundhog emerges from its burrow on this day, it will leave the burrow, signifying that winter-like weather will soon end. If it is sunny, the groundhog will supposedly see its shadow and retreat back into its burrow, and the winter weather will continue for six more weeks. The movie starts on a delightful morning in wich the main character, Phil, covers the annual Groundhog Day festivities. Alternatively Groundhog Begins refers to the movie Batman Begins.

Easy
Unfair Bombardement / Can you make it to the end? Speed is not the key. / Even an orbital ion cannon wouldnt be able to hit you!
In science fiction, an ion cannon is a beam weapon that fires beams of ions (atoms or molecules with an electrical charge). Due to its power, it is usually classified as a superweapon. An ion cannon is a type of particle cannon; only the particles used are ionized. Due to their electrical charges, they have the potential to disable electronic devices, vehicles, and anything else that has an electrical or similar power source.
More interesting, however, is the origin of the orbital ion cannon. The science fiction inspiration for these devices arises from the particle cannon developed by Nikola Tesla which fired ions into the ionosphere which charged them further, when repeated the energy generated would have been great enough to cause significant electrical damage. Research along these lines continues into directed-energy weapons.
Dangerous Ride / Access a lowrider by hitting the weak spot for MASSIVE DAMAGE. / You're the Master of Monster Machines
The words in capital letters (massive damage and master monster machines) could refer to "The Machine Stops": a science fiction short story by E. M. Forster. A story in wich the Machine apocalyptically collapses, bringing 'civilization' down with it.
In 1952, the story was adapted and satirized by Harvey Kurtzman and Wally Wood as "Blobs!" It goes through several steps of human history, chronicling the rise of machines. They first look at the caveman's machines (brusque clubs designed to knock females out so as to be more suitable to drag to caves), then the machines of the 1950s, such as vacuum cleaners, electric blankets, light bulbs, air conditioning, television, cars, and so on. It then delves into the future—by 2,000 CE, most men's offices are masses of machinery, by 20,000 CE, it is "no longer necessary for a man to leave his seat once he sat down to work".
The satire made no mention of Forster's story, yet it retained several key elements of the original, including the machine supplying all human needs, the failure of the machine that repairs and the complete breakdown of the machine (called the "Master Monster Machine" in "Blobs!") in the closing panels.

Trials/Tribulations. / When the going gets tough, the tough get Old School
'When the going gets tough, the tough get going' is a quote attributed both to Joseph P. Kennedy (1888-1969), father of the USA President John F. Kennedy, and to Norwegian-born American football player and coach Knute Rockne (1888-1931). When a situation is difficult or dangerous, strong people work harder to resolve the problem. This saying relies on a difficult play on words; it could be rephrased word-for-word as: "When the situation becomes hard, strong people start working." It is also a very Old School song by the amazing Billy Ocean![]()

It's funny precisely because it DOES have both meanings.
It's like if someone accidentally pokes someone in the eye and says, "oh, did that get in your eye?". It's an innocent statement with not so innocent connotations. That is where the humor is.
I just don't see a sex reference being relevant to any other Easter eggs. Earthquakes, however...
I dont claim these to be relevant to the riddle, thats something else. I know some of them are, but not all! This gives an overview of tracknames that have a hidden message within, i thought the overview might be an asset when looking for "riddle relevant" trackname easter eggs.Originally Posted by BeatboxinBob
