I wouldn't vote for this voting idea. I'd "vote" for like a little committee maybe consisting of players from different skill levels, that would choose the tracks. Democracy sucks anyways (not really).
Not just tracks from the popular track makers but from some new track makers too. and then after a long long discussion, the committee would maybe vote or whatever : P
Woulnd't want to see this becoming just a popularity contest between the top creators.
But i would still like to have some talented players being part of the choosing process, to prevent having all these silly track breaking shortcuts and stuff like that in the tracks that are chosen.
edit: oh and i voted "yes".
I think 12 tracks is a bit much... 12 weeks (if its 1 per week) is a long time to keep interest.
Yea would cut it down to 3 tracks. 12 tracks all from different track makers...my friendlist ist nearly always full. Even if I wish I could not remove more than 7 people. Then adding 12 people all with different names is simply too much.
@Dosto
Yea, there's lots of new creators out there with loads of talent. Lumberjack Pep, Trotskys Beard, and Lost Technique to name a few. Plus many long time creators haven't had a chance to be part of a tournament.
That's hardly a season.Originally Posted by Happyflow

3 is a nice number. At least that is my opinion. It is hard to master 12 tracks....and sadly I don´t have the time for so many...
Hmm yea I think 12 weeks is a bit too much too, probably. Who knows, we might be playing Trials Evo before the season would end, and that would pretty much ruin the whole thing. Maybe 6 weeks, 6 tracks..? or 8 maybe. Depending how soon would Scrub be able to pull this thing off.
