Congratulations to the new mods!

Im disappointed with the fact that 2 new mods had to be appointed, but extremely confident that they will now do what needs to be done around here. Also i believe the forum etiquette should suffice and it would have to be a shame to update it because people keep pushing the boundaries.

I also wish that Forum Etiquette was enough but, right now, it doesn't seem to be. People should know what is and isn't acceptable to post on an all ages forum, and 99.9% of the users here follow basic common sense guidelines.

A good set of rules helps the other 0.1% with the occasional "bad" post.
