Windows 8 may support Xbox 360 games

More Xbox 360 Games On Windows 8 Details

According to some sources, Microsoft is including compatibility with Xbox games in Windows 8. This means that if you have a proper gaming rig, you would be able to pop a 360 game into your PC and play just as you would on a normal Xbox console.

I assume that would include support for Arcade titles, which in turn means that we may see Trials HD (and every other Arcade title) come to PC. This could be the answer to the concerns of some of the older RedLynx fans (Trials 2 SE era) who wanted to see Trials HD on the PC.

Let this not be a silly hoax.

I hope this doesn't make cheating easier for people, which it will.

Currently, it seems that the online services on PC will use Games for Windows Live rather than Xbox Live, so at best any PC-specific cheating would be limited to the Games for Windows network only. Regular Xbox Live would go unaffected.
