I like anything by James Patterson. His books always keep me entertained and the chapters are very short. His Alex Cross series is excellent but a book I recently read of his is "Lifeguard." Excellent book.

David Baldacci's Simple Genius

Dean Koontz's Odd Thomas, The Good Guy, Intensity... Lots of good books.

There's a book called The Daemon that is really good, there's also a sequel and it's awesome too. It's a techno/thriller/action book. It's by Daniel Suarez.

Really it all depends on what you genre you most enjoy reading.If you let me know more about your favorite books, I probably know of a couple good books no matter what you like.

I typically read 70-100 books a year. I enjoy it FAR more than TV.

I'm going to check the library and used bookstore for these, they sound like books i would enjoy.

Dude, I think you'll like some of the below.. I remember reading somewhere that you liked "Snow Crash" by Neal Stephenson which I though was great. So based on that one small piece of imformation you may also like Haruki Murakami -"A Wild Sheep Chase", "Wind-up Bird Chronicle", "Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World" etc. David Mitchell is fantastic -"Ghostwritten", "Cloud Atlas", "Number Nine Dream" are all very good books. Other great authors: Philip K ****, Charles Bukowski (brilliantly funny realism), Kurt Vonnegut, Hunter S Thompson. My favourite book I've recently read (well re-read actually) was "Life of Pi" by Yann Martell.

Feel free to send some recommendations this way too mate.

These also sound like ones i would enjoy. Im going hunting for all these books in the next couple days.

Road to purgitory.

I was on a long road trip and my friend got the audio book for this. It was awesome.

I havnt read a book in a long freakin time though. Its just not my thing.
