I have to be missing one big peice of this track.
I keep getting right around 19.2.
I mean I know I am running up the final hill slowly, but there has to be another time saver somewhere.

The hill is going to be the key. I've gotten everything from an 18.6 to a 17.5, all on the same wheel rung. I think there will be lots of 17.5's...some will likely even get 17.3 on that same rung. Eventually someone will probably catch the next faster rung even.

I noticed that, too, but I still have no clue what I really SHOULD do after the wheel. At the moment, it comes down to getting a good land on the floating platform, doing kind of a medium jump off from it and then hope for the best. Anyway, I'm 3rd when I go to bed right now, so all is well

Don't expect to keep it. Everyone from the other side of the world plays while the US is sleeping ( I'm looking at you Nully), and then there is a big surge again between 7am and 9am est.
