We all have many questions, let's keep them all in one thread to make the developers' job a little bit easier. I'll start up:
Controls make or break a game for me, and in my opinion the controls in Trials HD are as close to perfection as can be (except for the omission of a fully functional brake that doesn't put the bike in reverse mode but actually stops it) What can you tell us about the bike's controls/physics in Trials Evolution?
I noticed the thread was called "Ask the devselopers" QcChopper, the quick fix makes me realize that the QC must stand for Quality Control...
I would like to know if the rider can be set on fire in this one, and if water will be able to douse the flames. I am also wondering if water emitters will make a return, and what, if any, effect they will have on dirt based tracks (turning the dirt to mud).
Also, do player built tracks need to be built specifically for multiplayer modes, and if so, will these tracks still be available for practicing, or only in a multiplayer match?
I know there will be plenty more questions form others, but the devs will probably have fun being quiet...
Except for Sebbbi, Sebbbi always spills the beans.

Good topic!
Well, my questions to devs.
1- Is there only versus with mutiplayer or is there any other modes like ''work together to reach the finish'' mode.
2- Are there gonna be rider-ghosts?
3- Is the game running on a new engine?
4- Are there any new gameplay-mechanics?
I noticed that right after posting. I just realized I've been accusing sebbbi of a few things recently. Like when I altered his post and said that he said that they were making a new Trials game and would be announcing at E3.
Imagine my surprise and shock (and hoping he doesn't get into trouble from people thinking he really did spill the beans) when there actually was JUST such an announcement.
@crazyhalo - I can answer #4 for you. Yes. Multiplayer and driving lines with curves.
I also believe (here I go again) that sebbbi said that they always start the Trials games with a new game engine. I hope that I don't end up banned for unintentionally mis-quoting sebbbi. Or even for the intentional misquotes.
Heh, I have the forums open while I watch John Carmack being interviewed:Originally Posted by Nytmair

Really good stuff (all 22 minutes of it). It's fun to notice that I agree on almost everything he said. Especially the 60 fps / input lag stuff. Solid frame rate and quick response to player's actions are really important.
Sebbi is omnipresent. Drinking copious amounts of Battery have allowed him to transend this plane of existence and be in all places at all times. He sees and knows all (much like Manu).Originally Posted by ShiftySamurai
I want to know if we can upload more than 7 tracks to the Track Central.
Since Track Central will apparently eliminate the friends list hassles, how will this be set up? I'm guessing a rating system will be in place to put the best tracks at the top? If so, I think it might be wise to elaborate on a rating system more than the usual 5 star scale. For example, some people may get a bad run on a track that is very well made, get mad, and give it like 1 star when it deserves 5. Could a rating system be designed to have categories for looks, playability, driving line, etc? Just a few thoughts...
This is the downside to a user rating system. All you can do is trust that people will vote honestly. However, I think that the categories are a good idea, even aside from that. There will probably be beginner -> expert categories and some other search filters for finding tracks. I'd be surprised if there weren'tOriginally Posted by TheMovement81
