Trials HD Custom Track Storage Problem! Please help! :x

I got Trials HD on the XBLA Triple Pack disc, and I am having a huge problem with accessing the custom tracks I save. They show up on the list of saved data, but when I turn on the game, even when I switch storage devices, it still can't find them! They don't show up under load and manage tracks. I've tried moving the files to a different storage device, installing the game, and clearing the memory cache, but only the last 2 worked, and after I rebooted my console they stopped working, even when I reinstalled it/cleared the cache again. I've been on the phone with Microsoft Support for hours! Someone please help!

Do you load the right storage device in game?

    Hey there,

What kind of device are the tracks stored on? If you are using the XBOX memory units or a USB key, try using a different slot. Also, try moving the tracks to the hard drive if you haven't.

Also, did your XBOX live account download the tracks? If a different account downloaded the tracks, then they may not show up when your gamertag is signed in. If you go into the memory settings for the device, you can log into your gamertag, copy the tracks (even to the same device), and they will be saved under your GT and you should be able to use them.

Hopefully one of these two suggestions helps.

I don't have Xbox Live, and I use a formatted flash drive to store the tracks.

you have to download a Title update form

(dwonload Trials HD TU 5 or higher if available)
and add it to your pendrive TUTORIAL HOW:

As the person above me mentioned, you will need the update to play the tracks. Are you able to create a silver account (free) and connect to XBL? You should get the update you need that way too.

Thats a bummer the update wasnt included on the disc.... seeing as how most people would buy the disc cause they are not connected to live.
