    Re: Ninja Track Video Leaderboard

I'm guessing no one will care at this point, but in the interest of full disclosure:

I moved Murdoc's 30-obstacle track, "Insatiable" from Level 2 to Level 3, which is where I wanted to put it in the first place. My reasoning at the time was mainly the teeter-totter obstacle, but after Murdoc told me the intended method and tried to convince me that the track was only Level 2, I gave in.

I'm pretty good at the teeter-totters at this point, but there are far to many other difficult obstacles for the track to be only Level 2. My first try was over 20 minutes, and even now after playing the track 10 times or so, my best run is still around 50 faults. I do agree that the track is mostly a mix of Level 1 to Level 2 obstacles, but it's so freaking long that I feel like I have a better chance of 0-faulting Lowercase than this beast. The backwards bounce jump, the row of wooden posts, as well as several other obstacles feel like hard Level 2 obstacles to me, and the fact that this is one of the longest Ninja tracks in existence makes it feel like Level 3 to me.

On a typical Level 3 I can usually get my fault count down to single digits in around an hour, and after an hour on this track I have yet to break 40 faults... some obstacles are just incredibly hard to be consistent on.

    /Rant.

I remember getting around 80 faults... but about 70 were on the backwards jump part.

I miss playing that track. I think it was the last ninja i played before Evo came out. I remember getting frustrated not being able to get under 10 faults on this track but im not sure what my total is. Ill check it in a bit.

    ^^

Well crap, I stand corrected! It seems that people do still care, and also that we are somewhat divided on our opinions... so I added a poll, and already cast my own vote. Throw in your votes people, majority rules!

I guess I misinterpreted some of your comments:

These comments made me think you guys were leaning towards Level 2, but I guess I was wrong. Five votes for Level 3 and zero for Level 2... seems like we can safely settle on Level 3.

    /Poll removed.

Did you ever get to beat my time on Bounce Challenge?

Also when are we going to see your run on Djuno??

I never beat your time on Bounce Challenge, but I'm ok with that. I'm almost done editing all my crappy first-try runs on the remaining Level 3s... I'd like to get all those edited and uploaded first so I have proof of passing every track on the leaderboard, but I promise that I have a very epic batch of 0-fault runs to upload afterwards.
