Just tried to update the leaderboard again and encountered the lovely 60,000 character limit problem again. The first post has exceeded the limit and the second post isn't far from it. Moving a few Level 1 tracks to the 2nd post would only postpone the problem because it's going to hit the limit soon enough too.

I could move some Level 1s from the first post to the second, and move the Level 3s, 4s, and 5s to the third post bundled with the "Rules & Regulations"...

However this is getting ridiculous, and becoming more and more work for me to keep up to date. Having the whole leaderboard in one post would make a world of difference for me.

MODS: Is there any way to increase the character limit for the OP in this thread? Please???????

They can't do it to a specific thread. There would be a setting for that in the admin control panel which they don't have access too.

Please note that I did not move the leaderboard to my personal website to draw traffic away from redlynxgame.com. I recently encountered the 60,000 character limit for the second time, which would have forced me to split the leaderboard into THREE posts. Having to jump back and forth between updating two separate posts was annoying enough, so I decided updating one simple HTML file on my own website would be much easier.

If the character limit is ever removed or increased I will gladly move the leaderboard back here.

I'd also like to note that my web design skills suck. If anyone would like to help me reformat the leaderboard to add any of the following things that would be great:

- Sorting by Level or Creator.

- Automating the "Communal 0-faults" and possibly adding a percentage.

- Allowing users to submit replays on their own like trialshd.net, only with a YouTube link being mandatory.

Well, it doesnt really make things worse? the thread is more flexible this way, and as you said, its easier to update. 60.000 is alot of stuff! This just shows the awesome popularity of this thread.

I clicked the link to the leader board off your site. I'm looking at it off my iPod so idk if there's more to it but it looks just like how u had it setup on here. It looks good man. I'll have to check it out off my laptop when I get home but it looks good man.

Yea, I tried to make it as close as I could to how I had it here in this thread. The only thing I added were the links at the top to jump to the different levels.

Yea man just checked it out and it looks sweet. I did notice that too. Good work.

I dont mind clicking a link to take me to a different page to look at the leaderboards either. Sure it requires me to wait an extra .0725 seconds but i mean who cares

Had a decent run on 36 Chambers, then got on here and noticed Murdoc had 1.19

Oh well i have around 1.25 which is like a second off Lestropies run.

Workin on Citadel, tryin to get 2 minutes flat. So many shortcuts everywhere.

If you must know, the ninja tournament is what inspired me to run through all those tracks again, i only have Badlands and Bounce to 0 fault, not too far away now.

Btw, i think the leaderboards looks fine and i dont think anyone would mind if you moved it, as long as you continue to maintain it.

Bear in mind, this is oldddd but those ninjas are a classic and i owe it to myself to give them the very absolute best before i move onto Evo.

yeah that was ages ago now, just when lestropie stopped playing. ive thought about going for those zeroes aswell but im still not much into ninja tracks
