Zombie Outbreak Plans, anyone? | Forums

....A zombie outbreak occurs. Yes yes I know it sounds silly, but hey you gotta think WHAT IF. (5 Scientific reasons zombie apocalypse could actually happen)

Now, I live in England, in the middle of a massive industrial area. So as for location, I'm screwed, however depending on the time the outbreak happened, I take my vehicle (Hopefully a truck by then) and attempt to reach some form of countryside. Now, staying in one place isn't a clever idea imo, because zombies cluster.

I have no form of weapons, other than a samarui sword, with a small sharp knife in the handle. This wouldn't be much good, but I wouldn't risk going to any big stores, as they would either be occupied by zombies, or gangs.

Hopefully I'd have several members of my family, especially my mother. Who's handy at making things from nothing, so she could help set up permanent shelter in the country. That wouldn't be for a couple of days of walking/driving (Roads clogged?).

As for food and water, well....I'm dead. Might have emergency supplies stored in my truck/backpack but wouldn't last too long.

Oh well, I don't stand a chance, what about you?

no but it really depends on the quality of zombie i think.
as in, are they ugly-slow-stand-around-moaning-grabbing-and-not-much-else zombies..
or 28-days-later-savage-usain-bolt-style zombies?

i already live in the country and there are a number of 'low-end' guns in the attic (no M16s). as my place is very isolated (one more house within a couple of miles [and theyre dicks]) id probably try and get other survivors to reach me and hold out there, making trips into town for food and water (armed with an air rifle and a wok).

if they are good quality zombies and the virus spread fast at the beginning, i dont think many would survive at all for very long. if they were just **** zombies and the virus was more or less contained in populated areas (by isolating or 'killing' them) id fancy my chances.

any zombie outbreak would pretty much end one way or the other; most survive or almost all dead.
an extra-terrastrial invasion would be more interesting but theres too many variables to think about what id do.

You said you'd take trips into town, but how far is that?

Also, where would you go, I mean gangs would either control food supplies, or they'd all already be gone. So, what would you do for food then? I presume you've only got food to maintain 4 people for about 2 or so weeks in your house, maybe less, maybe more. Chances are you'd have more than 4 people with you, not to mention there'd be no power, so you wouldn't be able to cook your noodles.

Also, you can't drink water from the mains, that's contanimated, so you'd have to either find some more, or take the risk of killing the virus in the water. Best way is to boil it, but how would you boil it?

I would go to my friend Robbie's house. His dad is a Sergeant in the army and is loaded with an incredible arsenal. I don't want to look like I'm that guy that thinks he's awesome because he can recite a list of guns, but this is what they have.

Yes, I have seen all of this stuff, he's decked out for everything.. Zombies, Martial Law/FEMA.. you name it. He be PREPARED.

The cool thing is he only has 3 people in his household. And 1 extra Haz-Mat suit.

....u want in? We'd probably head to the Maryville Foothills mall and stake it out there.

i didnt know there were specific outbreak rules man, we pay our electricity bill zombies or no zombies.

Hmmm, it appears that saucepans are key to survival.

Oh, because with the national grid maintenance people dead then the power goes down, there's no point paying your bills no more Will.

There's gangs because they feel the need to be *******s and take control off all supplies, not allowing any other survivors to take any. It's a cruel world, outhere.

The water is contanimated because, well THERE'S DEAD ZOMBIES FLOATIN IN YO RESOVOUIR!

In the case of such an apocalypse, we should gather every Trials Head in the forums, and stick together.

Idk, I always love talking about what would I do in a zombie outbreak.. Have been since like, 6th grade lol.

I sorta wish we could have one, but once we die, it just ends and goes back to normal like a simulation.

And as for T4K...
