Looking at the reveal video, it looks like the characters are unlocked in a chronological order similar to that of human history. Can you confirm or deny this?
If I can't find time to play the game on any particular day, will there be two new heros waiting for me on the following day or will I fall a day behind?
Are there more features in the game besides unlocking new characters and collecting relics?
Thanks in advance for any answers you can provide
Edit: Also, I forgot to ask, does the "Heroz" in 1000 Heroz relate to Moto"Heroz" in any way?![]()
Hi FT, some very good questions, you've been paying attention
1. Yes, the chronology follows a made-up history in a whimsical way, from the Cave Heroz era to the age of Internets Trollz.
2. You won't fall behind, you will play that day's new hero. You can always go back and play the heroes you missed.
3. Yes, Leader Boards and Friend Leagues, plus Game Center and OpenFeint support
4. Yes, the Ancestor Spirits that you gather in MotoHeroz are the stars of this game. They are all from the same world of Gema.

I want it. I see that there has been some negative feedback on youtube and wanted to state my opinion here.
Without playing the game, it looks like it could be pretty fun, but the jumping seems to be floaty, like Luigi in Super Mario Brothers 2. I'm wondering if the different characters will play differently, or if they are all basically the same and just use different sprites.
I am disappointed in people who are comparing the game with Trials HD, as it is a completely different style. Trials games may have thrown you into the "lime-light" on the Xbox 360, but are still just a small portion of the many, many, different games that RedLynx has released (Phobia III!).
And Oh-How-I-Hope that the Internet Trollz you mentioned have names like GameScrub or something...
Just my evil wish.
Each Hero will have differing speed, height and weight, which will impact the way they play. So it's not just a cosmetic thing.Originally Posted by ShiftySamurai
TBH, the more I play 1000 Heroz, the more it starts to feel like Trials. Of course there are differences, but at its heart, 1000 Heroz is just as (if not more) competitive as Trials, or at least it has been internally. There are definitely intricacies that just don't come through in short clips, but hopefully we can showcase them later on.Originally Posted by ShiftySamurai
Tf53 is currently the best player.. Have to admit that. Played the level like 2 hours the other day but i was like 1.5 behind easily.. no matter what i did. And yep i have played that game from the start and we are running day 160 atm.
I could just be blind, but was a release date announced?
Haha, way to pile on the pressure. I think I also have the most runs per level.Originally Posted by ANBA
Re: release date, we've stated April, but the game hasn't been submitted to Apple yet. Make what you will of that information.
Hmmmm. Submit the game already! Portal 2 releases in a week but I want my mobile gaming fix NOW!Originally Posted by Tf53

I have a pretty serious question.
Will 1000 Heroz work on the iPod Touch 2nd gen?
I have been looking at some games recently and more and more are only supporting 3g upwards.
Will work just fine. Tested on lowest ios devices possible![]()
