Oh man, I only watched the "Jook's Girls" one as my internet is crapping out on me, but that whole "Sugar sugar sugar sugar sugar" thing... Yeah.

yeah. A lot of that video is for me and my wife. things like "I am going to break your toy" are not funny till you know my girls. That is how they fight.

To make it work, you can try the following.
take the video identifier, in the case of your link;
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MHs7_WdUn9Y
The identifier would be;
MHs7_WdUn9Y
And paste it into your post, then highlight the identifier and click the "youtube480" button
you should have something that says the following.
[youtube480]MHs7_WdUn9Y[/youtube480]
I added the coloring to the code so that the forum wouldn't "see" it as being code. But without the color codes, it would show up like this;
