Every time I download a track off someone I get "The track you selected could not be loaded. Please make sure the track is still available"
Anyway to fix this?
Try clearing your cache and re-downloading the update. Do have one of the DLC packs installed on your HDD?

I'm assuming the tracks are made with dlc pieces.
do you have any that arent so I can check it? and do you know if the new trials disc ( the xbox live disc just recently up for sale) has the dlc in it?

Nobody that I know of here makes tracks without using the DLC pieces. You really should pony up the extra few (and I mean FEW) bucks and get the DLC. Either one of the DLC packs will allow you to play the tracks as they both come with the editor objects. That alone makes the price worth it.
But that is a really good question about if the DLC is included with the disc... I dont know though.

I have old tracks without dlc pieces. Yeah old school lol... Send me a f:r and we can see if you have to clear your cache or not
