Password Problems?
So, when i go to log on on this laptop it rejects my password first go and then makes me enter a security code to, I AM 100% sure that my password was correct but it still did not work. But i go the password emailed to me. I did not change it.
Just wondering.

Maybe you should try changing it, but change it to the same password. I know it sounds strange but I've had this kind of problem before and it worked for me (except it wasn't a laptop 
).
